We are a family with a 7 year old boy. During our holiday, we look
for sunshine, beach and swimming pool plus a few day trips to nearby islands or
half day trip for some sight-seeing.
Children friendliness is still one of our major criteria of choosing hotel
accommodation. Small things like depth of swimming pool is always missing
in a hotel's official web site. In this trip in the Grand Hyatt (2004),
the swimming pool is 1.3 meter deep when my son is only 1.25m tall.
Luckily he still enjoys it enormously though he has to swim to the side of the
pool to rest from time to time. So when we visited other hotels, we have
noticed small piece of information like this. Hope you find this useful.
